Hi, My name is Rain Wang, and I like history, larger scale environments, and science fiction!

 

It all begins with a circle… I have been drawing circles since I was a child. Drawing circles has led to my fascination with forming environments around creation continuity. And therefore, my interests drive me to the faith that insists on the pursuit of visual practice. 

 

And then… I Found out what I like! I have always been a fan of history, epic environments, and science-fiction; these motivated me to create a visual imaginative world and tell a logical story. My most joy from creating is combining my favorites like historical and cultural elements, and science fiction to alternative world views epic. 

 

To keep being actively creating and imaging. I invented XUNVI! (Chinese Spelling Name - “Circulatory art” in English)

Rain Wang

Rain Wang was born in Hangzhou, China, in 1999 and currently attends the Maryland Institute College of Art undergraduate program. His artworks have been exhibited in the Baolong Art Center at Hangzhou in 2018, Madedin Gallery in Shanghai in 2019, and shown in Global Game Art Concept that sponsored the Loulan contest in Beijing in 2019. And his work has been featured in Art Station twice. For a very long time, Rain Wang has been keen on exploiting new distinctive and influential personal styles of creation while expressing his creative imaginations to reach a wide range of consumers.
